Questions Before You Visit

What are your opening hours?

The restaurant is open for dinner Tuesday through Sunday from 6pm to 11pm, with the gaming lounge open in the evenings from 7pm. We recommend calling ahead to confirm hours around bank holidays.

Is there a dress code?

We ask guests to dress smart casual for dinner and the gaming lounge. Jackets are welcome but not required; we simply ask that trainers and sportswear be avoided in the evening.

Do I need a reservation for the gaming lounge?

Yes, the gaming lounge operates on a members and reserved-guest basis in the evenings. We suggest booking your table alongside your dinner reservation so our team can arrange your evening smoothly.

Can you accommodate group bookings?

Yes, we welcome parties of six or more with advance notice, and our team can arrange a set menu for larger groups. Private dining rooms are also available for celebrations and corporate evenings.

Is parking available on site?

Quillstone Lodge has a small private car park for hotel guests and diners, with additional secure parking a short walk away on Duke Street. Valet parking can be arranged on request.

Do hotel guests get priority access to the lounge?

Guests staying with us are given priority scheduling for the gaming lounge during their visit, subject to availability, and our concierge is happy to arrange this at check-in.
